Job Overview We are seeking a senior solution designer to support our strategic journey from SAP ECC to S/4 while driving continuous improvement of billing, pricing, and accounts receivable solutions. The role is part of a high‑performing IT team focused on order to cash (OTC) and record to report (RTR) capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with IT product solution owners and internal business teams as a functional and technical SME within OTC and RTR, with a focus on pricing, billing, and accounts receivable.

Work closely with business process owners and end users to understand objectives and provide best‑practice‑based solutions.

Lead project, enhancement, and support efforts—including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, design, build, configuration, testing, and implementation—to achieve business goals.

Develop high‑quality functional and technical specifications, test documentation, job aids, and runbooks.

Serve as a key design authority, providing oversight for solution enhancements and break/fix support.

Contribute to decisions on product, tool, and method selection, offering input on industry trends.

Support change management functions, including the development and delivery of end‑user training and job aids.

Lead the transition and handoff from the project delivery team to the application support team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience (minimum 4+ years in IT/solution delivery).

At least 5+ years of experience in IT solution development and delivery, including functional experience within the CPG industry.

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on functional and technical experience with SAP SD (Pricing, Sales Order Management, Billing) and SAP FI (General Finance, Accounts Receivable).

Minimum 1 year of functional and technical experience with S/4 (highly preferred).

Strong knowledge of procurement best practices for OTC and financial processes.

Deep understanding of B2B integration and collaboration with suppliers (EDI, XML, Portal).

Experience with procurement KPIs and analytics.

Proven track record of delivering projects and enhancements as a functional and/or technical lead.

Experience with both waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies, including RISE for SAP.

Experience executing project testing, coordinating end‑user sign‑off, and delivering end‑user training and support.

Self‑directed, efficient, and able to complete complex assignments independently.

Strong collaborative skills, commitment to accountability, and continuous learning.

Benefits & Compensation Salary range: $109,100.00 – $143,200.00 (posting salary range). Target short‑term incentive of 15% plus an average of $23,000 spent on benefits per employee.
