Key Responsibilities- Conduct complete physical exams and document findings meticulously to provide accurate patient records.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to manage both acute and chronic healthcare needs of patients.
- Synthesize health data to establish diagnoses and therapeutic plans, emphasizing preventive healthcare approaches.
- Administer medications and injections, ensuring precision and patient safety.
- Perform suturing for minor lacerations with expert care.
- Educate patients and their families on medication and treatment plans, fostering informed participation in health management.
- Deliver comprehensive patient education tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain, review, and accurately update patient records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Post-test and examination results with precision for consistent patient follow-up and care continuity.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ICD9, CPT, and HCPCS coding and managed care, participating in ongoing training as necessary.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN with verifiable credentials.
- Possess an unrestricted medical license, allowing practice in the state of Texas.
