Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

We are hiring for an experienced and operationally focused Human Resources Manager to oversee and drive all US HR functions. The role is accountable for compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll oversight, ADP system management, and performance management processes. This individual will serve as the main HR resource for employees and will be instrumental in fostering a positive, transparent, and results-oriented workplace culture. This position requires strong expertise in HR governance, risk management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities HR Operations and Compliance

Oversee day-to-day HR operations for a rapidly expanding workforce

Ensure full adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations

Manage leave administration including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and personal leave

Execute proactive HR audits to verify documentation accuracy, compliance standards, and risk reduction

Maintain accurate and complete employee records in ADP system

Develop and roll out scalable HR policies, processes, and operational framework

Employee Relations

Act as the primary HR contact for employee questions and workplace issues

Handle sensitive employee relations matters with discretion, objectivity, and sound judgment

Lead comprehensive workplace investigations, document outcomes, and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership

Guide managers through performance challenges, conflict management, and policy application

Facilitate exit conversations and evaluate turnover patterns to improve retention initiatives

Performance, Training, and Development

Oversee performance evaluation cycles and drive manager accountability for quality feedback

Assess training needs and organize professional development programs

Work with global HR leadership to advance organizational talent and leadership capabilities

Partner with managers to establish career progression paths and promote internal advancement

HRIS, Reporting, and Analytics

Administer ADP platform, produce detailed reports, and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership

Monitor and evaluate core HR metrics including attrition, headcount, recruiting effectiveness, and employee relations activity

Maintain system data quality across HR platforms and personnel files

Develop hiring projections and oversee HR budget planning

Compensation and Benefits

Function as the go-to resource for benefits questions and problem resolution

Direct benefits operations including enrollments, changes, and annual open enrollment execution

Partner with brokers and providers to address claims issues and enhance benefit programs

Assist with compensation reviews including market benchmarking, role evaluation, and pay equity analysis

Recruiting and Onboarding

Lead full cycle recruiting for all US positions including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations

Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and workforce planning

Deliver comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs for seamless new hire integration

Cultivate relationships with external recruiting agencies and talent networks

Experience and Skills

10-15+ years of progressive HR generalist or management experience

Minimum 3-5+ years in publicly traded companies within the U.S.

Demonstrated success developing HR frameworks and implementing policies, procedures, and training initiatives

Expert-level proficiency in ADP Workforce Now

Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, workplace regulations, and compliance requirements

Experience overseeing payroll processes and employee benefits administration

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Capacity to execute efficiently while managing competing priorities

Bachelor's degree required; HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) highly preferred
