As our Outpatient Clinical Dietitian, you will guide patients through the full spectrum of bariatric care, working hand‑in‑hand with medical social workers to ensure patients have the resources, education, and support they need and advocating for their success. Responsibilities
Assess and monitor the nutritional health of outpatient bariatric patients Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans Provide one‑on‑one and group nutrition counseling Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to ensure seamless patient care Lead patient support groups and create educational content for social media Mentor dietetic interns and support professional growth within the team Minimum Qualifications
A caring, professional, and patient‑focused individual who enjoys making a direct impact Interest in working with bariatric patients and supporting lifestyle transformation Registered Dietitian (RD) with licensure or eligibility to practice in South Carolina Certificate of Training in Obesity for Pediatrics and Adults (to be completed within 1 year) Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics (new grads welcome!)
