Responsibilities
Assist coworkers with benefits enrollment, changes, and general questions.
Process benefit-related paperwork for new hires, terminations, and life events.
Maintain accurate benefit records and support routine reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
Participate in audits and assist with preparing required documentation.
Coordinate with benefit vendors to resolve basic issues.
Support wellbeing initiatives, engagement programs, and process improvements.
Qualifications
0–2 years of experience; HR or benefits exposure is helpful but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
Customer‑service mindset with patience and empathy.
Some travel may be required during summer months.
