About the Role Join our IT team as an Administrative Coordinator and play a key role in supporting leadership and ensuring smooth departmental operations. This position combines financial oversight, contract management, and administrative excellence to keep projects and processes running efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage annual budget processes and assist with capital and expense tracking.
Analyze budgets and expenses, providing detailed reports to IT managers.
Organize and maintain IT contracts, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
Process purchase orders and invoices for IT departments.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and vendor onboarding.
Maintain digital signage and coworker engagement initiatives.
Lead and support departmental projects aimed at improving efficiency.
Handle general office duties including mail distribution, supply inventory, and visitor registration.
Qualifications
Vocational/Technical education preferred.
0–2 years of administrative experience.
Strong proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of clerical procedures, record keeping, and basic accounting principles.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
Primarily sedentary work with occasional standing and walking.
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally.
Work Schedule Monday – Friday | Onsite with potential for one remote day per week
