What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead, guide, and develop a team of senior analysts and analysts in contract management
Ensure timely updates of all contract pricing and membership information in the contract management database
Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and external partners to resolve inquiries
Oversee the timely collection of payments due from suppliers and minimize write‑offs
Analyze reports and department statistics against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and share findings with upper management
What is Required (Qualifications):
Undergraduate degree from a 4‑year university in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields
Minimum of 5 years of working experience, including at least 1 year of remote management experience
Knowledge of the contract and chargeback process is desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional presentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Prior experience with SAP is desirable
Demonstrated leadership and delegation abilities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and situations
Resourcefulness in pursuing or recommending new ideas and procedures
