Key Responsibilities:
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Prepare supporting schedules for audits, financial statements, and internal reviews.
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions as needed.
Help develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls as the company scales.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and project teams to provide timely financial insights.
Participate in system implementations and process automation initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
1–3 years of accounting experience (public or corporate).
Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar).
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and communication abilities.
