Account Manager – Personal Lines
– Acrisure

Position Overview The Personal Lines Digital Account Manager modernizes client success through strategic consultation, relationship management, and technology. Responsibilities include sales and service of insurance products, retention management, complaints handling, renewals, and client relationship oversight. Leveraging data and market insights, the role identifies cross‑selling opportunities and supports clients across all personal lines insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage day‑to‑day communications, and maintain long‑lasting relationships for the assigned book of business.
Provide strategic recommendations and tailored solutions, proactively communicating and coordinating renewals.
Maintain accurate, timely policy updates in the Agency Management System and other engagement software.
Engage consistently throughout the customer lifecycle.
Strategic Engagement and Execution:
Implement and monitor data‑driven marketing campaigns tailored to customers.
Deliver valuable client engagements that exceed expectations.
Attain retention and growth targets via proactive data‑driven engagement tools.
Strategic Planning and Support:
Identify new growth opportunities and expand service scope.
Share best practices with peers and stay updated on industry trends.
Coordination and Collaboration:
Work with Digital Marketing, HR, Compliance, and third‑party partners.
Collaborate with the Digital Employee Personal Team Leader to address challenges and improve service delivery.
Support cross‑functional initiatives that enhance the digital strategy.
Drive client adoption of self‑service tools.
Client Success and Value Delivery:
Ensure exceptional value, promote additional digital services, and drive innovation within client accounts.
Meet or exceed client retention and satisfaction metrics with a consultative, technology‑first approach.
Perform additional tasks or projects as requested by the service team or regional leadership.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
Applicable insurance licenses.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in account management or a related role; current license held for at least 1 year.
Proven experience managing client relationships and meeting retention targets.
Remarketing clients across multiple carriers and providing consultative proposals.
Cross‑selling aptitude to expand total client relationship.
Strong client‑management and relationship‑building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with Applied EPIC or similar account management software.
Multitasking across multiple systems and workflows.
Collaboration skills and project management.
Creative problem‑solving and customer‑service passion.
Pay and Logistics Base compensation range: $40,000 – $75,000. On‑site presence is required to support collaboration and cross‑functional partnership.
