Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Human Resources Manager at our children’s psychiatric residential treatment facility located in Kansas City, KS. The HR Manager will oversee and execute HR operations including employee relations and performance management while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role involves managing employee development initiatives, addressing workforce needs, and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. Collaboration with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals is a key component of this position.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and compliance guidelines
Experience with performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives
Organizational and interpersonal skills for managing conflict resolution and team collaboration
Proficiency in using HRIS systems and data analysis for decision‑making
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, alongside problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications like PHR or SHRM‑CP are a plus
Proven experience in a human resources management or related role, preferably in the healthcare or social services sector
