Delta Medical Systems
HR Generalist and Recruiter at Delta Medical Systems
Join the Delta Family. If you believe HR is about helping people succeed, not just policing policies, you’ll feel right at home here. If you’d rather coach than criticize, and you see training as an investment rather than an obligation, this is your kind of role. If the thrill of finding the right talent sparks joy for you, you’ll love being part of our team. If you prefer goodness to gossip and collaboration to conflict, you should apply.
Overview We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and people‑focused HR professional to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage a variety of responsibilities including recruiting/screening and onboarding new hires, administering benefits, assisting with payroll, and providing general employee support. You’ll coordinate travel for new employees (infrequently), organize recognition for work anniversaries, and ensure new hires have everything they need (from business cards to supplies) to hit the ground running. You’ll also regularly touch base with them to help pave their path to success.
This position is initially 5 days per week at the Delta Medical Systems headquarters in Brookfield. A hybrid option (3 days in office and 2 days remote) is available after training is complete.
