Responsibilities
Receive and manage IT incidents via phone, email, and web portal.
Provide frontline support 24x7x365.
Operate shifts of 8 or 12 hours, rotating between night and day shifts.
Utilize Windows operating systems and be familiar with UNIX/AIX.
Qualifications
IT help desk or technical support experience.
Mid‑Senior level experience.
