Accountant – Wellness Industry – 2 days a week onsite
Accountant – Wellness Industry – Palm Beach Gardens
A high‑growth wellness company is seeking an Accountant to support its growing finance team.
This role reports directly to the Controller and assists with month‑end close, financial reporting and forecasting support. The ideal candidate has 2‑3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant in a fast‑paced environment and is familiar with a major ERP system.
Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, including fixed assets
Assist with variance analysis vs. budget and forecast, identifying key trends and drivers
Support preparation of internal financial statements and management reporting
Partner with IT, Operations, and Supply Chain to document and improve financial processes
Support system integrations between ERP, CRM, and other financial tools to ensure data integrity
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate accounting treatment of business activities
Ensure accounting processes align with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within the accounting function
Support internal and external audit requests
Reconcile bank accounts and monitor daily cash activity
Assist with cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis
Coordinate with AP/AR to ensure accurate cash reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Minimum 2 years of experience
Solid understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and data accuracy
This role offers comprehensive benefits and will pay between $70,000 and $80,000 base salary, depending on experience.
