Job Summary Responsible for preparing and reconciling monthly network payments and accruals. Provides financial analysis, reporting, and general support for the Program Accounting Department. Must be able to manage time and workload independently.
Core Responsibilities
Track and analyze financial metrics to drive process improvements and cost savings.
Analyze large data sets to calculate payments, accruals, and generate reports.
Develop and use financial models; assist with budgets and forecasts.
Evaluate financial risks and opportunities; research variances to budget/forecast.
Prepare journal entries and support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closings.
Assist with audits, process improvements, and ad hoc financial projects.
Communicate results and reports clearly to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS (or equivalent experience).
5-8 years of relevant experience, ideally in industry or public accounting.
Strong analytical skills, database knowledge (SQL, Teradata, Essbase, Oracle).
Proficient in MD Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
