Flores Automation
Purpose
Primary purpose – install, service, and support CON-AG developed equipment and mobile control systems in house or in the field per engineering specifications and company quality standards. Also include startup, tuning, testing of field installed equipment and mobile control systems as needed. Installation will include wire connections from OEM machines to control systems and their associated equipment. Some Danfoss Plus+1 programming adjustments may be needed at times, and the right candidate will be trained. Secondary purpose – construction of CON-AG developed equipment, construction of industrial control systems, wiring of control panels, and field installation of industrial control systems as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Mobile Control System Installation
Install mobile control systems and associated hardware to OEM machines in-house and/or at customer locations.
Install hydraulic valve manifolds, hoses, and related components.
Wiring control systems to existing OEM machines.
In-house startup and debug of electrical control systems.
Ensure customer satisfaction of completed work.
Time Management
Complete tasks within established deadlines and estimated hours.
Communicate potential deviations with manager.
Quality Assurance
Ensure products and services meet or exceed the company’s high standards.
Communicate concerns and deviations to standards with manager.
Risk Management
Communicate issues that jeopardize the project.
Identify and communicate risks early and assist in resolution as needed.
Reporting
Maintain and report status, forecast, issue resolution, and deviations to project managers.
Complete daily timesheets documenting project hours and other activities.
Complete daily field reports from customer locations.
Technical Contribution
Provide design, light programming, testing, and startup duties as assigned.
Contribute to product development, technical improvement processes, and innovation.
Compensation Pay will be based on experience level.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of proven successful working experience in electro‑hydraulics.
2‑year technical degree in related field a plus.
Solid ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic drawings.
Strong knowledge of off‑highway mobile equipment is a plus.
Solid organizational skills to include attention to detail and multitasking.
PLC and robotic programming experience is a plus.
Danfoss Plus+1 Guide programming is preferred but will train the right candidate.
Competent use of relevant software including Microsoft Office and related tools.
Ability to travel frequently to customer locations with the expectation to be approximately 50%.
