Accounts Receivable Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an experienced accounts receivable professional for a client in the Blue Ash area of Cincinnati. Ideal candidates will have full cycle AR experience including billing, cash application, and business to business collections. This position is direct hire and will pay between $44K and $52K depending on experience and education.
Duties
Generate and send out invoices to customers.
Work directly with customers to resolve invoicing issues or discrepancies.
Apply incoming payments to customer accounts.
Research and resolve all unapplied or misapplied cash.
Managing the aging receivables on a 200-account portfolio
Contact customer regarding delinquent invoices and resolve short pays.
Research and resolve deductions or discount requests.
Document and maintain all customer accounts.
Work closely with sales to resolve issues.
Additional duties as requested by the manager.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable experience in a fast-paced environment
Associate degree in business is preferred but required with appropriate experience.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills including Microsoft Excel
Ability to work onsite in the Blue Ash / Sharonville area.
