What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage full‑cycle recruiting for multiple, complex technical searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment with their hiring needs and goals

Lead hiring teams in creating structured interview processes for skill‑based decision‑making

Maintain data integrity in the recruitment pipeline and share data‑centric updates with stakeholders

Drive the offer process, including negotiations and closing candidates

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5+ years of full‑cycle corporate recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in technical recruitment

Significant experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates for engineering roles

Exceptional communication and influencing skills with stakeholders

Strong organizational, time management, and project management capabilities

General knowledge of HR principles and employment laws, with discretion in handling confidential information

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel 2-4 times a year for employer‑related business
