Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience

Act as a recruiting consultant to business partners on hiring and sourcing strategies
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding recruiting efforts
Develop candidate pipelines based on business needs and track recruiting metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in high growth environments
Successful track record of sourcing and closing passive candidates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships
Experience partnering with stakeholders to drive effective recruitment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with the latest technology and recruitment tools
Previous experience in a mission-driven organization focused on mental health
