What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist with needs analysis for target audiences on assigned projects
Define learning objectives to meet program goals and outcomes
Design learning solutions in various modalities, including on-demand and instructor-led training
Research content and collaborate with subject matter experts to validate training materials
Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related role focused on creating and designing learning solutions
Proficiency in eLearning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline or similar authoring tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in Property & Casualty, Employee Benefits, or Personal Lines insurance
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, particularly Cornerstone SBX
Ability to operate autonomously while following direction from leadership
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
