Pay Range

Base salary: $5,066 – $6,736 per month

Includes a 5% bilingual language differential and a 2.5% cost‑of‑living adjustment effective February 1, 2026

Salary reviews are conducted annually.

Job Overview This position is Bilingual Spanish required. Applicants must state bilingual Spanish skills; a 5% benefits differential applies.

Summary of Duties

Conduct family interviews to determine needs and eligibility, and process program applications.

Engage clients in family‑strength evaluations and develop/adjust case plans toward self‑sufficiency.

Monitor progress and modify plans as necessary.

Initiate and participate in case staffing, employment readiness, life‑skills training, and job‑search supports.

Assist with crisis and safety planning for domestic violence survivors.

Link clients to community resources and review alternate resources.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, social science, or a closely related field.

OR Bachelor’s degree in any field with one year human‑services experience.

OR Associate’s degree in behavioral science, social science, or related field with two years of human‑services experience.

OR Three years of human‑services experience.

Essential Attributes

Experience supporting families through case‑management tools and resources.

Experience creating and maintaining written documentation of client activities.

Experience assessing client strengths and service needs.

Experience communicating, setting boundaries, and establishing realistic goals.

Ability to explain complex rules, regulations, and procedures verbally and in writing.

Working Conditions

Schedule: 8 a.m.–5 p.m. PST Monday‑Friday, with occasional adjustments.

No remote work; position located in a storefront office.

Requires travel to district offices, participant homes, and community sites.

Hours may include evenings, weekends, and flexible scheduling.

Requires valid driver’s license.

Background Checks

Finalist positions require a criminal history check; adverse findings may lead to disqualification.

No visa sponsorship; I‑9 and E‑Verify required.
