This position is Bilingual Spanish Required. A 5% bilingual language differential applies.
Base Pay Range
Salary Range: $5,066 - $6,736

Summary of Duties
Conduct interviews to determine family needs and eligibility, and complete program applications.
Engage clients in family evaluation, develop a case plan, and identify steps toward self‑sufficiency.
Monitor progress and make necessary modifications to the case plan.
Initiate and participate in case staffing, employment readiness, life‑skills training, and support job search as needed.
Assist with crisis and safety planning for individuals experiencing domestic violence.
Explore alternate resources and link clients to community services.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Science, Social Science, or a closely related field; OR
A Bachelor's degree in any field and one year of human services–related experience; OR
An Associate’s degree in a Behavioral Science, Social Science, or a closely related field AND two years of human services–related experience; OR
Three years of human services–related experience.
Essential Attributes
Experience supporting families with case management tools and resources.
Experience creating and maintaining written documentation of client activities.
Experience with case management and assessing customers’ strengths and service needs.
Experience communicating, establishing boundaries, and setting realistic goals/milestones.
Experience explaining complex rules, regulations, processes, and procedures both verbally and in writing.

Work schedule: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST, Monday – Friday; occasional adjustments may be required.

Exposure to diverse customers; respond with compassion and professionalism.
Contact with domestic‑violence survivors; self‑care and resources are important.
Work may occur in offices, participants’ homes, and community sites; hours may vary and can include evenings and weekends.
Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Background Checks And Requirements
Criminal history and background check for finalists; adverse history may lead to disqualification.
No visa sponsorship; I‑9 and E‑Verify required.
