We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented recruiter to help us continue our rapid growth. This role will be responsible for managing the full‑cycle recruiting process, ensuring we attract, hire, and onboard top candidates efficiently. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team and contribute to the firm’s success by bringing in exceptional talent. Main Responsibilities
Managing our end‑to‑end recruiting process
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Coordinating interviews and hiring processes with department leaders
Working with local colleges to find top talent in their financial planning programs
Maintaining candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
Assisting with job postings and employer branding initiatives
Providing a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process
