Pay: $19.40–$19.90 per hour, plus a $1.00 differential for night shifts.
Responsibilities
Accurately count assigned cycle, blocked bin and empty bin counts.
Become familiar with product and unit‑of‑measure distinctions.
Assist in maintaining product‑to‑bin integrity.
Report product and/or bin damage.
Develop an attitude and environment of continuous improvement.
Assist inventory‑related special projects.
Ensure compliance with safety norms, including maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Competencies
Strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Accurately follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to work independently.
Reporting Relationships
Reports to the Distribution Center Supervisor.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient math skills.
Basic computer skills (e.g., PC, MS Office).
Basic forklift and pallet jack operation.
Experience with SAP or a Warehouse Management System.
Analytical and proficient with numbers.
Physical Demands
Physical activity includes walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching above shoulders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Warehouse environment; may involve temperature changes and dust exposure.
