Help drive innovative, reliable manufacturing processes for a global supplier of advanced sealing and materials solutions. As a Process Engineer, you’ll turn ideas into robust production methods that deliver quality, efficiency, and value for customers. Our client is part of a global organization with 100+ years manufacturing history. This position is located in central New Hampshire.
Duties:
Develop and implement new products, materials, applications, and production processes.
Plan and manage engineering projects, adapting to changing priorities on the shop floor.
Run feasibility studies, analyze data, and define clear process specifications and improvements.
Troubleshoot process issues using strong technical knowledge and standard engineering tools.
Collaborate across teams and with external partners to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
B.S. degree in Engineering.
1-5 years of hands‑on experience with production parts and processes in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to interpret technical specifications, read blueprints, and use measurement/inspection equipment.
Solid problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with a positive, collaborative approach.
Ideally would have some experience with materials such as molding, rubber, plastics, elastomers, polyurethane, etc.
