Novares is looking for its Human Resources future HR Leader (M/F), located in WALWORTH-2 W2-PL. We are a global plastic solutions provider that designs, manufactures complex components & systems serving the future of the automotive industry.
About The Role We’re looking for a motivated HR Generalist looking to take the next step in their career! As an HR Leader, you’ll work closely with leadership and gain exposure to employee relations, workforce planning, policy implementation, and payroll oversight.

Opportunity to work closely with line level employees and drive engagement
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted onsite resource for employees and managers on HR policies, payroll, training, and development
Lead line level recruitment to support production
Support workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes
Prepare HR metrics and presentations for leadership
Assist in designing training plans and development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Oversee payroll accuracy and prepare employment documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
Previous HR experience with a desire to take on broader responsibilities
Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
Bilingual skills are considered an asset
Must be able to work on-site and live within a reasonable commuting distance
