Attorney - Worker's Compensation
An established and growing law practice is seeking a Workers Compensation Attorney to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to advocate for injured workers while handling meaningful cases in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
The Opportunity You will represent clients throughout the Workers Compensation process, manage claims from intake through resolution, and appear before the Virginia Workers Compensation Commission.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate potential claims and manage client intakes
Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients
Represent clients before the Virginia Workers Compensation Commission
Conduct depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and hearings
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
Active license to practice law in
Virginia
Experience in
Workers Compensation law
Proven success representing clients at hearings
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Empathetic, client-first approach
Commitment to integrity, teamwork, and results
