Talent Acquisition Manager
to join their team!
Join a dynamic and fast-paced environment as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where you'll play a critical role in sourcing and hiring top talent across the US.
Compensation $40 - $45 /hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Manage full-cycle recruiting
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
Facilitate offer approvals and communicate final offers
Organize requisition and pipeline activity via ATS
Required Qualifications & Experience
4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Strong sourcing skills with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with SuccessFactors or similar ATS preferred
3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance
Voluntary and Long‑term disability insurance

Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit
