Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Drive the department-wide initiative regarding accounting policy and procedure development
Coordinate and oversee annual accounting policy and procedure reviews/updates
Drive GAAP and SAP research projects leveraging resources from functional groups within Finance
Actively monitor and coordinate activities as it relates to the records and information management policy and procedures within Finance to ensure all departments are adhering to the policy
Responsible for quality control of the quarterly and annual documents filed with the SEC, through the review of disclosure checklists, among other things
Ensure company compliance with GAAP and SAP
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
CPA is required
5-7 years of accounting experience required
Significant knowledge of GAAP and/or SAP
Knowledge of account reconciliation, general ledger maintenance, and financial statements preparation
MS Office applications experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage resources in the completion of joint projects
Supervisory experience preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
