Indirect Tax – Property Tax – Manager Location: Anywhere in Country

Key Responsibilities

Support client engagements by coordinating day‑to‑day interactions, reviewing staff work, and driving delivery to meet deadlines.

Develop internal team members and manage engagement economics.

Stay current on trends, developments, and legislation impacting clients.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Deep understanding of complex commercial real property and personal property tax concepts.

Deliver quality tax‑planning approaches and exceed client expectations.

Identify opportunities for tax planning and other special services.

Prepare practical solutions and arrive at appropriate conclusions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of relevant property tax consulting experience (or equivalent).

CPA or JD.

Broad exposure to state and local taxation.

Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Willingness to travel and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

Preferred

Proven record in a professional services environment.

Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
