The role partners closely with regional leadership and corporate finance to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and data‑driven decision‑making that improves profitability and operational performance.
Responsibilities
Lead the monthly close process.
Perform budgeting and forecasting.
Conduct variance and trend analysis.
Manage asset management and process improvements.
Oversee transactional finance functions.
Drive automation and efficiency initiatives.
Develop financial models and dashboards.
Lead and mentor accounting team members while maintaining a team‑first mindset, high accountability, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year, plus benefits.
