What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the full recruiting life cycle using Workday ATS and other tools
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to clarify job requirements
Act as a Talent Consultant and subject matter expert to educate hiring managers on recruitment best practices
Identify potential candidates through effective resume screening and phone interviews
Attend virtual and in-person job fairs and events to attract top talent
What is Required (Qualifications)
Three or more years of full life cycle corporate recruiting experience or five years of agency recruiting experience
Strong relationship-building skills and effective communication abilities
High levels of creativity and strong presentation skills
Good organization and time management skills
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, networking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience with Workday ATS
