Clinical Programs Coordinator II Classification Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Responsibilities
Interview children, family members and significant others to obtain medical and psychosocial information. Follow child through the process of intake, interview and medical exams and provide follow‑up. Be present with medical personnel for clinic visits, hospital visits and participate in on‑call schedules including nights, weekends and holidays. Participate in 24‑hour rotation on‑call as needed. Complete assessments and send reports to protective investigators within required timeframes. Maintain client records consistent with DOH and VOCA program requirements and Florida Statute 39. Adhere to HIPAA and PHI requirements. Arrange and conduct team staffing and participate in development of recommendations. Host, organize, lead and summarize staffing meetings. Coordinate client services and referrals to community agencies. Host multidisciplinary team meetings, attend community partner trainings, task forces and staffings; provide separate reports on these meetings. Provide depositions and court testimony as required. Conduct training for the community as assigned by the Team Coordinator. Expected Salary
$55,000 to $65,000 per year depending on education and experience. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Completion and certification in American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children Forensic Interviewing Training within one year of employment. Twenty (20) hours of continuing education required per year during employment. Valid Driver's License and access to personal vehicle. Level II criminal background check (including fingerprinting). Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or another behavioral science. Two years of experience working with children and families; at least one year involving abused and neglected children. Twenty (20) hours of continuing education required per year during employment.
