Workers’ Compensation Paralegal
to join our team. For nearly a century, our firm has represented injured workers with skill, compassion, and integrity. We are looking for a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to client advocacy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Manage workers’ compensation cases from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement documents
Communicate with clients, adjusters, and medical providers
Maintain case management systems and track important deadlines
Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and client meetings
Review medical records, draft medical summaries and medical‑legal letters, schedule expert evaluations
Gather records, prepare legal documents, communicate with clients, manage case files, file paperwork, prepare for hearings for Social Security claims
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in
New Jersey workers’ compensation law
(petitioner or respondent)
Strong knowledge of state workers’ comp procedures and court filing requirements
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
