Fund Finance Associate Attorney
to join the team at an outstanding and global law firm in
New York . The firm is a global leader in representation of U.S. and foreign commercial and investment banks providing a range of fund finance products and solutions for private equity funds and sponsors in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia.
This is a
fulltime
and
hybrid (4 days onsite/1 day remote)
position at the law firm's office in New York.
The law firm provides a comprehensive compensation and benefits package which includes commuter allowance, paid time off, life, health, accident, and disability insurance; health savings accounts; and a 401(k) plan.
Responsibilities
This associate will handle all matters including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), collateralized fund obligations (CFOs), rated note feeders, asset-backed commercial paper conduit programs, whole-business securitizations, telecom and receivable securitizations, consumer and student loan facilities, and other securitization, structured products and lending transactions.
Requirements
4-6+ years of experience in Fund Finance
Active New York bar
Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
A high level of professionalism in working and engaging with demanding clients
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities, be highly organized and exercise extreme attention to detail
