Job Description
We are looking for an experienced M365 Administrator to join our global team.
You will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and expansion of our enterprise M365 environment.
This is a key role for a dedicated individual looking to bring their experience and creativity to help drive the business forward.
This remote position is part of a 24x7 operation and requires a team player with great communication skills and the flexibility to cover other shifts when needed.
Your Impact
Provide comprehensive support for our global M365 infrastructure, including monitoring, alert management, and maintenance (patching, upgrades, and tuning).
Plan, coordinate, and implement M365 maintenance activities, including patching, upgrades, and performance optimization.
Manage and support our core M365 technologies from both proactive and reactive positions. For: Azure, Sharepoint, Exchange online, DAAS and Intune.
Additional experience providing admin support for other SAAS services such as: Slack, Okta.
Monitoring services and alerts for: M365 services and perform initial triage for issues.
Managing ticket queues, tickets and escalations.
Act as an escalation point for complex troubleshooting, collaborating with the team and office stakeholders to ensure timely remediation.
Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and support templates.
Work with a drive for success to ensure the stability and reliability of our M365 environment.
Your Experience
3-5+ years of experience supporting M365 infrastructure in a global enterprise environment.
Solid understanding of M365 infrastructure and monitoring principles.
Strong understanding & strong hands-on experience with Azure, SharePoint, Exchange online, DAAS and Intune.
Maintaining ticket queues, tickets and escalations Working with IT operations management (ITOM) software that monitors and alerts on an organization's IT infrastructure, from network devices to servers and applications.
Additional experience providing admin support for other SAAS services such as: Slack, Okta.
Strong understanding of PowerShell to develop and modify scripts.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a globally dispersed team and stakeholders.
A dedicated, hardworking individual with the flexibility to cover other shifts if needed in a 24x7 operation. Which may include an on-call rotation.
Must have reliable internet for this remote position.

BA or BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.

Experience in leveraging AI technologies to assist in your role.
