Base pay range
$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from AGRANA Fruit The ideal candidate will oversee SAFE and proper manufacturing of the fruit prep for the chilled dairy market. In order to do this, the candidate will train and develop their team, troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day-to-day operations, and coordinate a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced. Maintain SAFETY. Enforce food SAFETY and quality processes. Hold team members accountable for process. Support team growth by training, coaching, and developing teams to meet production goals while minimizing material loss. Monitor equipment, solve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications
Ability to maintain rigor to process. A proactive, detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset. Experience in food manufacturing or facility operations. SAP experience preferred. What to Expect in Our Hiring Process
