Contract Details: Part-time/Full time

20 hours per week minimum

Brandcoven is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time or full time, remote basis. In this role, you will provide administrative support, working 20 hours per week or more.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars for team members

Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and other events

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and materials

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries

Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents

Monitor and order office supplies and equipment

Make travel arrangements and process expense reports

Assist with special projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Experience with remote work and virtual communication tools preferred
