Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and support
CAD and RMS platforms
used by law enforcement, fire, and emergency services. Manage
digital evidence systems , including ingestion, storage, retention, chain of custody, and secure sharing. Support
Body-Worn Camera (BWC)
systems, including device management, evidence upload, tagging, redaction workflows, and user access controls. Administer and monitor
ALPR systems , including camera configuration, data validation, alerting, and compliance controls. Coordinate and support
system integrations
between CAD/RMS, BWC, ALPR, digital evidence platforms, prosecutors, and third‑party vendors. Troubleshoot system issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and resolve application and data‑related problems. Develop and maintain
system documentation , SOPs, workflows, and user guides. Support
data quality, reporting, and audit requests
related to public safety operations. Assist with
testing activities , including test scenarios, test cases, and validation during upgrades and new deployments. Provide
end‑user support and training
for sworn and civilian personnel. Collaborate with IT, vendors, and public safety stakeholders to implement system enhancements. Ensure compliance with
CJIS Security Policy , state public records laws, retention policies, and privacy requirements. Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts. Support
incident response and continuity of operations
related to public safety systems. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of
public safety technology environments , including CAD and RMS systems. Hands‑on experience with
digital evidence management platforms . Experience supporting
BWC ecosystems
(device management, evidence workflows, redaction). Experience with
ALPR systems
and associated data governance requirements. Understanding of
CJIS compliance , data privacy, and security best practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to document technical processes and communicate with technical and non‑technical users. Proficiency with
Microsoft Office Suite , especially Excel. Required Experience 5+ years
of experience supporting public safety, law enforcement, or emergency services technology systems. Experience working directly with
police, dispatch, fire, or public safety agencies . Proven experience supporting
mission‑critical, 24x7 operational systems . Seniority level
