Associate Multimedia Designer
We’re looking for a creative Associate Multimedia Designer to join our Thought Leadership & Customer Stories (TLC) Multimedia Team. This role will focus on visual storytelling and digital content, supporting the team by designing and producing graphics for podcasts, videos, research reports, and editorial articles.
Location: New York, NY (Workday) Salary: $84,000 to $126,000 annually Employment type: Full‑time
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce graphics for podcasts (cover art, promotional images, audiograms), videos (thumbnails, lower thirds, title cards, micro‑videos), editorial articles (hero images, inline graphics, CTAs), research reports (charts, graphs, infographics), and presentations (slides, visual aids).
Act as a brand steward, ensuring all creative assets are consistent with Workday and “Forward Thinkers” visual branding.
Help manage the team’s creative asset library.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or multimedia creative (relevant internships count).
A strong online portfolio showcasing design skills for digital and web‑based projects.
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, InDesign).
A keen eye for detail, typography, colour, and layout.
Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
Other Qualifications
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Basic knowledge of motion graphic creation (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma or Sketch.
An interest in B2B technology, AI, the future of work, and corporate storytelling.

As part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role‑specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
