Join Flynn Panera as a Team Manager and help lead our high‑performance team across our cafes.
Flynn Panera is a franchisee of Panera Bread that follows a decentralized business model. Each geographic area is led by a Market Leader, with Area Directors, General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Team Managers contributing to daily operations.
Our Panera Bread cafes are upscale, friendly environments that offer baked breads, pastries, soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages. We emphasize a grease‑ and alcohol‑free environment, which means no late nights and a focus on morning operations.
Position Description Managers supervise up to 75 staff members to ensure a top‑quality service experience for our guests.
Provide outstanding leadership to your team.
Passion for the industry, inspire, coach, counsel, and create a profitable environment.
Maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, safety, and facility management.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff.
Ensure objectives are achieved while operating within company guidelines and ethical business practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as a role‑model and lead the team.
Ensure that team members provide great customer service.
Take ownership for the business performance of the restaurant.
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following all safety and sanitation standards.
Run quality opening, mid, and closing shifts ensuring a consistent positive customer experience.
Coordinate the entire operation during shifts.
Greeting customers and performing table visits to ensure satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff.
Assist specialists within the bakery‑cafe, ensuring team members are fully competent in all aspects of food service.
Exhibit a professional image and promote the company's values and beliefs.
Education and Experience
At least 1‑2 years of hospitality experience.
Food Management Certifications a plus.
Must have the "Run it Like you Own It" mentality.
Excellent organization, customer service, and time‑management skills.
Proven track record for leadership.
Passion, energy, and a positive attitude.
Work well under pressure and with a diverse group of people.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Standards
Must be able to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for up to ten (10) hours.
Must be able to safely lift pots, pans, glassware, boxes, etc. up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication.
Must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment.
