Programs Manager II - Diversion Agency: 452 MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERV.

Supervisory Organization: DMHSAS-Central Administration

Job Type: Full time, one vacancy (Regular).

Application Period: 01/07/2026 - 01/21/2026.

Salary: $65,000.00 per year ($31.25/hr).

Overview This position will serve as a direct supervisor to Diversion Program staff and will provide support for the Director of Diversion Programs. The incumbent will assist in building and maintaining collaborative relationships between ODMHSAS, courts, treatment providers, and other organizations, assure programmatic compliance with standards and best practice requirements, provide technical assistance to staff and other partners, participate in training initiatives, and assist with implementing changes and new initiatives based on data and the latest research in effective diversion.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 2 (two) years recent experience directly supervising a team of 4 or more.

Experience and comfort with public speaking and providing training to various groups.

Working knowledge of Oklahoma criminal diversion programs.

Working knowledge of the Oklahoma adult criminal justice system including navigating the Oklahoma Supreme Court Network (OSCN).

Working knowledge of best practice standards and evidence-based practices for treatment courts and diversion programs.

Basic understanding of substance use disorder, mental health disorders, and criminogenic risk.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree and one year of professional experience;

Or a bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience;

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.
