Mentor and inspire gifted learners to finish high school by 8th grade using personalized, accelerated learning pathways Guide students in developing life skills (grit, resilience, focus, public speaking) in addition to academic objectives Use AI tools to monitor progress, customize learning experiences, and personalize instruction Drive students to progress in adaptive learning apps and meet ambitious learning targets Work alongside a team that is rethinking education for high‑achieving students Basic Requirements
Willing to work in‑person in Austin (Georgetown), TX Proven track record of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual‑enrollment, etc.) At least 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or high‑achieving youth Daily use of generative AI tools in an educational context (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction) Excellent public speaking and communication skills Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship About GT School
