What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop business plans and sales strategies to penetrate new markets
Provide competitive pricing on prospect applications while maintaining maximum profit margins
Create and implement marketing plans as necessary
Conduct proposal presentations and assist Account Representatives in proposal preparation
Mentor and develop staff through training and performance management processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
At least 7 years of experience in a sales management role, including hiring and developing teams
Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes
Experience with enterprise software solutions in large, complex organizations
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management
Proven ability to motivate and direct sales teams
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies
