What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management sales and customer service objectives
Perform checks and interrogations of all CRM medical device systems post sign-off
Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on products and solutions
Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs and support sales objectives
Maintain software on programmers and manage inventory logistics as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma plus a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare or field sales, or an Associate degree plus 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory
Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, life sciences, or biomedical engineering
Experience in Cath Lab, EP Lab, or cardiology settings
Familiarity with medical terminology and the medical device industry
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels
Proficiency with Microsoft tools and other business applications
