Department Brain and Spine | Neurovascular Stroke Center
Responsibilities Schedules and coordinates patient appointments across multiple departments associated with outpatient and other practices, including office visits and any testing. Resolves routine and complex customer problems and knows where to direct customers to address specific questions. Uses integrated health information systems and telephone technology with customer service skills to facilitate customer interactions such that the customer experiences Medical Center and its entities as an accessible, coordinated, and seamless entity.
