Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Mission Lead a 58–62 person team through the night on two high‑speed lines. Rally cross‑functional partners in QA, Warehousing, Sanitation, and Maintenance. Elevate OEE. Remove losses. Make safety and food safety non‑negotiable. And do it all with a Zero Loss Mindset and 100% engagement.
What You’ll Impact
Throughput and line balance across two high‑speed production and packaging lines
Cross‑functional alignment to meet plan with quality
Lean problem‑solving to cut downtime and waste
Compliance to GMP, SQF, and HACCP requirements
Outcomes We Expect
OEE improvement month over month
Reduction in machine downtime and food safety incidents
Health & Safety incident prevention
Higher product quality and yield
What You Bring
2–3 years leading in manufacturing with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves approach
Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma experience
Proven ability to mentor and develop high‑performing teams
ERP literacy and Microsoft Office fluency
Deep commitment to safety and quality
Travel 1–2 times per year within Canada and USA for training
Extra Credit
English/Spanish bilingual
Lean Greenbelt certification
Work Schedule 3rd Shift, Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 pm–7:00 am
