Gas Utility Foreman

As a hands‑on
Gas Utility Foreman , you will use your 2+ years of gas utility experience to manage the job site—planning and executing tasks safely and efficiently to ensure projects are completed on time. In this leadership role, you will guide your crew by providing coaching and training, helping team members grow and develop their skillsets to achieve long‑term success.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate equipment and crews from start to finish ensuring resources are in place and the job is completed safely.
Coach on proper use and process to ensure safety and quality of work.
Oversee Dig Safe marking and coordinate any issues with utilities.
Support the crew by operating equipment, pipefitting, and laboring to exhibit teamwork.
Complete paperwork, reports, and status updates.
Resolve work problems.
Maintain all industry required Operator Qualifications: EWN and/or NGA.
Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.
What You’ll Have
High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver’s License.
2+ years prior experience in the gas utility industry.
Operator Qualifications: EWN and/or NGA.

Work includes prolonged and repeated lifting (including overhead, up to 50 lbs.), standing, climbing, kneeling, reaching, crouching, and crawling.
Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice.
Work performed within the “red zone” of heavy equipment.
Safe work requires quick, accurate hand‑eye coordination and constant alertness.
Legal Stuff
Pass pre‑employment, random, post‑accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens.
Provide valid US work authorization documents for E‑Verify.
Satisfactory results of pre‑employment background checks.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Pre‑employment medical fit‑for‑duty test; obtain DOT medical card.
