Muss Development, a multi‑generational developer and manager of commercial, residential and retail real estate properties, with its corporate offices located in Forest Hills, NY, seeks a skilled and polished Executive/Personal Assistant with several years of experience working with CEOs, owners, and/or principals of multi‑million dollar companies.
The successful candidate will provide advanced, complex administrative support in fast‑paced, high‑visibility roles, managing complicated business and personal affairs while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Support: calendar management, extensive logistics, expense reporting (audit/reconciliation) and staff supervision.
Confidentiality & Gatekeeping: manage confidential information, corporate and personal finances, legal documents, and serve as screen for all intake.
Complex Travel & Events: coordinate domestic and international itineraries, trade‑show travel and plan/executing corporate meetings and large‑scale personal events.
Office Management: interview/hire staff, vendor management, office supply ordering, and manage corporate/personal charitable donations and gifting programs.
