Title Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide)
Responsibilities
Monitor and communicate with clients
Provide rehabilitation groups under supervision
Support clients\' ADLs as needed
Assist in crisis intervention
Ensure proper documentation per policies and procedures
Schedule On-Call
Qualifications
Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
Minimum of two years of clinical experience as applicable in a psychiatric setting
If two years of experience are not available, training may be substituted (based on an in-service plan of 52 hours)
Driving duties may be assigned, including transportation of clients
Valid California Driver's License and successful pass of DMV driving history check

The salary range is the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary is based on factors including skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. Pay Range: $22 USD - $23 USD.
