About Our Agency Our agency opened in 2005 and currently has a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in Operations and Public Affairs for State Farm. When an agent from my hometown retired, I had the opportunity to take over the agency, allowing me to continue serving the community I care so much about.

Role Description As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Laurinda Crenshaw - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Assist with customer retention strategies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Communication and problem‑solving skills.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
